Babies In Doha

Hi Everyone

I'm new to this site and not yet in Doha still in the decision making process but obviously have ALOT of questions for all you expats already living in the region, I will have to divide them up between topic sections to get all your info! :-)

My husband, son and I have the opportunity to come to Doha for my husband's work. What I would like to know is what is the general safety level there in Doha? My son is only 8 months old so I am course very cautious as to where I take him, what is the view on young families in Doha? (I have visions of him acting out when he gets older and copping a lashing in the street haha please tell me I'm wrong!!)
