Automatic Garage Door /AC Broken

Does anyone know of a technician that can fix the garage door, it is an automatic door that should have a remote. We have no remotes and the door is busted (it's not an electrical fault, as we've had that much checked).

We also need our air conditioning units serviced and fixed, can any one recommend a technician for these...
