Anyone did an abdominal, laparoscopic encirclage in Doha?

I am new to Doha.Where should one go for a consultation before trying to concieve after 2 miscarriages and a premature delivery ? I am looking and praying for a Gynaec who is not too busy to overlook you risk factors.Does anyone know about encirclage (stitching)
done in Doha, preferrably laparoscopically?
