Any Public Libraries and branches
Hello
Are there any public libraries in Doha (or Wakra, where I am staying now)? We would like to visit one if there is.
I saw from the Marhaba that there is one at the Books Roundabout, as well as other branches.
Can anyone enlighten where are the other branches? And the operating hours? Is the library open to tourists, not for borrowing, but just to visit?

wow ... lirary shared by the universities ... what about library for children and teenagers? Or does that library carry books for the little ones as well?
what is the requirements before one can borrow books from the public libraries?
In the newspaper a while back there was an article on a very large new library shared by all the universities that was just opening up to the public. It sounded quite nice.
Which library at education city do you mean the one at Qatar Academy?
Many of the schools allow community members to use their library. Call your kids school and ask. The library at Education City is huge and is open to the public.
I'd love to know too! The French library sounds great, they have DVD's for kids etc. Would love to know of something similar in English.
