any "informal school/group" in doha re. knowing more on the arab culture?

qatar is one of the safest places in the world...they say. i had the oppurtunity to experience the courteous and hospitable nature of the arab culture(as well as the rude side/or the other side of the coin as they say).the "golden rule" is, by following a few simple rules in public...i have more than repayed the warm welcome shown to me. is there any "informal school or group" here in doha,which offers oppurtunities for those who are really very much interested on what the arab culture is? thank you.
