There are still apartments and villas available.

The rent is actually QR20,000 per month for a four bed villa with a pool. I spoke to the company renting out the compound this week. Perhaps its possible to negotiate a better rent.

I called as i wanted to go and view a villa myself but trying to get any information regarding the location from the girl that answered the phone at Al Almakh was mission impossible! Infact to get any information about the compound was impossible!!! Great sales lady for sure!!!!!!!!!!

If someone knows where this compound is located, id really appreciate details of how to get there.
