Wearing Dark Glasses while on Wheels!
Dark glasses I believe is used most times to shed either dust particles or heavy sunrays from reaching the eye retina ? , sometimestimes people wear it to have fame or look cute in their outfit.
Early in the morning between 7-9, when traffic flow are quite enormous, considering the slow, irregular movement of vehicles, and to keep up to the pace one has to be careful as poor visibility could lead to accident….., I have seen most accident offender wearing dark glasses which I have believe may have in one way be a contributory factor to such incidence due to poor artificial visibility……..well correct me if am wrong?
I have to agree with you. I too wear contact lenses and I have to wear sun glasses even in Winter.
Not had an accident yet. (touch wood).
My thoughts are my own, but I doubt my Mum would agree with some of them.
It must be, that the author of this forum, forgot to use common sense.
He had to be wearing Mr. Magoo's super dark shades for nearsighted while typing.
The topic of the forum has totally completed the cycle of a solar eclipse of logic.
The problem is I think you’re an overeducated, 27-year-old virgin who holds the hands of superstitious old women and promises them eternity.
I also noted that wearing sun glasses restricts the view. It feels like wearing a hijab.
People who wear sunglasses at night think they are sooooo coool.
yes they teach this in driving school, I don't know about others but they have a theory class in Karwa driving school and they teach this even while on the road class.
"I have seen most accident offender wearing dark glasses which I have believe may have in one way be a contributory factor to such incidence due to poor artificial visibility.." -- nah,.. it's mostly because of the stupidity and arrogance of some drivers that they think they're the only ones on the road.. sunglasses are meant to protect your eyes from the harsh rays of the sun, at 7-9 a.m., sun is shining bright already so i see nothing wrong wearing sunglasses...
When I left home at 6am I did not need glasses. When I left school at 6:30 am and headed home I definitely did need them. I think it is better to wear sunglasses than to squint from the sun hitting you in the eyes and not having your full vision.
YOU SHOULD WEAR SUN GLASSES AT THIS TIME, ESPECIALLY HERE.
To wear glasses or not while driving is every individuals choice, comfort & luxury. But at the same time Road Sense is the most important factor. Concentrate on your driving at first and do anything else if your smart enough.
Agree to it? Like It?
NOW were is the editor of this post gone ?
Gone to get sunglasses for himself ? :)
as sunglasses gives comfort and cool to your eyes, if it is branded and of good quality.
Pure coincidence, if it happened to be an accident.
i have seen many wearing dark sun glass inside city center. even in the toilet areas... what a trend
I go to work at 7:30 and I wear sunglasses. It's bright out at that time.
I drive to office 6:15 to 7:00 and keep my sunglasses on the tray. Only wear them when it starts to get sunny around 6:45

Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum sonatur.
road accidents? Even those 'idiots' don't wear one got into accidents in broad daylight!

I dont think it is the sunglasses.... it is the shirts. I am sure all of the offenders are also wearing shirts if some kind (button ups, underwear shirts) and these shirts are inhibiting their reaction time as they are restricted by the sleeves of these devices or carnage...

Don't want no drama,
No, no drama, no, no, no, no drama
I wear sunglasses driving to work at 7.30 (ish). I also wear contact lenses and find that wearing sunglasses reduces the glare and hence stops my contact lenses drying out!
Oh, and touch wood, never had an accident to date!
"poor visibility" at 7-9 in the morning??? you must be joking!! hah!!!!!
What about the dark protections they put on the front glass and in almost all the glasses of the CAR ??
I mean the PJ Johnson, Lumarc, stuff ? How do they see at NIGHT ?
DMS ... Logic? You are talking about a guy who just posted to a 2 year old thread on the Asian Games!
accidents may happen if they wear dark sunglasses even at night.
that depends if u r taking it as a fashion accessory or a necessity i have even seen ladies wearing these in elevators and malls now that is the height of stupidity
of your thread! How many accident have you witness with "offender" in dark shades? And what time did you witness it? Are you a driver yourself? And are you not comfortable wearing shades while driving in daytime?
"dgoodrebel will always be the rebellious good one"
