Hello Qlifers,How y'all doing? Please what can be done about the activity of a construction company that doesnt care about the health of individuals who live close to their work site. There is an excavation work going on at a site in Al-Mansourah close to the big mosque at a signal. There excavators begins work so early as 4am or some few minutes after 4am and the noise these excavators make when excavating is so much that it has become irritating, dont know about others residents living close to this site. Dont know those responsible for regulating activities like this. Advice please. Thank you

4am is too early he would have to have a permit to work 24 hours (me thinks)..

we are also living next to a construction site, whereby most the noise commences at 5-5:30am and eases from 9am and stays quiet until the rest of the day (wish it was the other way around).

when i probed and asked about the early start, i was advised that the contractor has a 24 construction hour permit - and if that's the case with your noise pollution unfortunately as ghazalz said, you'll need to try to live with it.
