MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS - wheres it at??

hi guys. can any body tell me where is the Minsitry Of Foreign Affairs in Doha??
I need to get my University certificates from the Uk stamped (authenticated) there. I have already had them stamped by my embassy.
Have google mapped the location of MFA and it is supposedly next to Diwan building?? however I have been told different places by different people

Has anybody had to go there to get their education certificates stamped too?
If so can u tell me exactly where to go???

Enter these Coordinates in google earth/ maps:

25°17'14"N 51°32'46"E

If you are going north from cornish, take right turn from Museum R/A, then take left from Mirqab R/A.

Keep going stratight, cross a signal and later make a U turn from the end of the road block, then MOFA will be on your right behind Al Seif Hotel / Apartments.
