I am in construction business and looking for measuring devices to install our project for monitorin of heat stress. But I couldn't find proper devices till know. The suppliers are bringing very basic devices which you can not trust.

Could you please help me about the supplier of the device which you are using.

The picture in the post is misleading readers to beleave that outside temperature is 59° Celcius.

Most readers are unaware of Heat Index reading. The 59 probably indicates Heat Index. Just google about Heat Index.

And actual outside temperature reading is 43.7°C .

Jongmabel What to do yani, take your head out of your A55.When it crosses 50, Do you know that you are suppose to give off to those workers in the sun being a construction manager?

By kutch• 14 Jul 2010 08:12
kutch

{Bthomas} no one use Fahrenheit in Qatar I believe? Yes it is Celsius.... And just think about it if 59 Degree Fahrenheit then we are now Breezing Cold... Or you have nothing to comment that's why you ask LOL :P

TOP: Heat Index (Feels Like)

MIDDLE: Real Temperature Outdoor and Indoor

BOTTOM: Humidity

Hope that helps...

Some says their temperature gauge read's 55, some say's 60 but their meter are stick in a metal or cement surface so it always add +5 to +10 which is showing exaggerated...

All in all it's hot! So I stay in my house not even thinking to go to work... Just have some Ice Cold Beer and watching move till get sedated.

When you stick a rock 60km wide in the middle of the sea so close to the equator, what to you expect? It is not natural for people to live here, and practically no one did until they discovered oil and air conditioning.
