Extremely loud music from La Cigale Hotel

I moved to a new apartment, close to La Cigale Hotel. My flat is not directly facing to the hotel, it is in the back side. Every night, especially during weekends, there is extremely loud music till 2:30 am.
Is there anybody who knows why the sound is coming outside so much? To whom do i need to talk/ complaint to?
My apartment is full of families. So do all apartments in the crossing streets. It is really difficult to put your child into sleep when there is this music in all of the rooms.
I need your suggestions !
Thanks
Thanks for your comments. I sent an email to the public relations manager of the hotel. Hope this helps. Otherwise i'll try to unite people in my apartment and around the block and then raise it to the officers.

Talk to the Manager at the hotel first and when you are there, get hold of his business card. Follow up by sending him an email referring to your meeting with and the discussions held. If the problem still persists, follow the steps of what other QLers have suggested.
Quicky, No need to be so harsh with the drunks because they are not in a position to understand your concern after midnight ................. ... talk to them next day morning ............. Sat, 17.10.2015, 08.37 hrs
teenoloi78: Keep your rubbish out of QL please. Use your time to do something good and constructive.
Police needs to notified, deal with firm hand. Drunks need to be taught a lesson.
Walk over to the hotel and complain to the Hotel Management, give them an opportunity to rectify things, speak to them kindly. If kindness does not work, threaten them about going to the Municipality and Police. IF that does not work, inform your landlord, the Municipality and Police.
Complain to the Police or Baladiya
Tell the manager of the hotel to stop playing loud music, which i doubt they will do,
You can install sound proof windows or move out.
