hi dear,

i had installed all of these linksys, D-link, 3 Com, Netgear in several places. i found netgear is perfoming well in Qtel network and it spreads more range than others. some times i replaces netgear instead of linksys due to signal weak.

Linksys, D-link and 3Com are best 4 sure, I experienced them all in Qatar, but reciently I foud NETGEAR faster and more compatible on Q-tel networks. I Installed 3 of it and it works absolutely fine and never Disconnect.

If you have budget constrain then go for D-Link. If not go for Linksys, either way it works fine from my experience.

Place to buy would be from Carrefour Landmark. If i'm not mistaken, there are some promotion Linksys packs available on the shelf. Go check it out!

You can prefer Linksys N Router. It is available in Sofitel Complex, Plus On Solution (4356033) at cheaper rates

I have used Linksys for almost a year and not happy for its performance and switched to D-Link (6 months) - this router really works great as no need to switch on and off the power, once you turn on your PC this will turn on also. Trust me go for D-Link....

Just to be different ... I use Belkin! Also easy to set up and offered better range than any of the Linksys routers that were available at the time

Linksys is fine, but I found Netgear was easier to set-up.

hi friend,

all are suggesting Linksys,

all the IT guys also suggest it, becoz it is easy to configure and available any where,

but I think NETGEAR is better than Linksys.

now the option upto you....

looks like there is a huge linksys fanclub...hmmm..true..linksys I think it costs around 330riyals at the city centre...

I use a D-link...works prefectly fine...the reason I went for that is cause, I didn't have much luck with linksys' didn't wanna experiment again...that being said i'm sure linksys is quite good...

The D-link works out to be a little cheaper than the linksys..about 250 odd riyals i think...
