why some application Installed to iphone can't see it on the icons list and have to search for it by name ?

I have some application Installed to my iphone but i can't see it on the icons list i just have to seach for it by name every time i have to use it anybody can tell me why ?? and how i can create Invisible icons for those applications please ???

i think you've reached the maximum icons allowed for the display.
