why any sim does not work with my iphone?

hi guys,i bought apple iphone 8GB firmware version 4.2.1
i updated itune and then my iphone stuck with "connect to usb and emergency call" on screen.i jailbroken with redsnow.now,my iphone does not support both sim card Q-tel and vodafon.how i can solve this problem?if its not possible to fix myself,where i can fix my iphone?i hope to have your's suggesion for the solution.
your's help is highly appreciated.

there's still no unlock for iOS 4.2..

lol, u have bought a Factory Locked phone. Just search in Internet how to unlock it. And next time don't ever ever update again in I-tunes.
