I know about the things that you commented and I know that the title is not appropriate but it is too late

I am not looking only for a person installing the computer I'm looking for someone with experience in the order of the wires inside the case

I do not care how much will it cost and I would like to use Thermo electric

Is there someone can build it for me ?

It is not rocket science. You can all do it by urself. The point is not "How to build the pc", rather the point is "which parts will you get to make a gaming pc".

First of all, let me tell you that if you are thinking it will not cost you much, then you are wrong. These builds cost too much. Now, if money is not a concern, you will move to step 2. Building a gaming pc usually involves overclocking ( calibrating the clock speed of CPU, Ram and bus to perform higher. Accordingly, these will need special cooling solutions, which will walk u to step no. 3. What cooling method would you want to use? Water?Thermo electric? or more crazy stuff like phase cooling/liquid nitrogen.You have to do tons of readings in forums. Try these for knowledge:

As for parts, there are zillions of sites for selling extreme gaming pc stuff.

Note: aside for cost, it is also risky, as it voids certain warranties of hardware. and you need to have really thorough knowledge before you overclock.
