where can i repair ipod touch mother board ???

my ipod touch had recenly fell in the water and now the screen is not working . i gave to a shop and they tried changing the screen but then said that there is no problem with the screen . It is the ipod's board that has a problem .
If anyone knows where i can repair this please tell . i already tried tcc and they said they cant repair probels related to mother board .
