Where can I buy a good cellphone with a low price? Which brand is better?

Hi, I am searching for a cellphone to buy. Either Sumsung, Iphone 4s, or Blackberry. Which one is better and where can I find the lowest prices for these brands?

1. you want to buy a phone because it has a catchy name? or you want a good phone?

2. Samsung S3 and HTC one X are my suggestions for now. 2200 - 2700 QR...

3. Cheap phones... you need to search a lot... since you will not find websites from Qatar shops that will save you time and money.

The best option is to check in the malls. Jarir also has some good offers.

4. MY ADVICE: do not buy second hand phones. Buy them brand new, from the brands shop or w/e, but try not to go for the cheapest price that you find as second hand. Also be careful with the scams on QL Classifieds.
