What I need to do if I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 which is not authentic? Please help!

Hey guys,

Please give me an advice. I bought a brand new mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) in one of the mobile stores near Souq Wagif. After 3 days, I checked it online to know if it is authentic or not, and I found out that its not. Because during charging its getting hotter not as usual; and it frequently shuts down during normal usage. I searched the internet on any comparison of original from replica, and it gave me information that there should be SAMSUNG S4 written on the back of the phone; and the flash light is obviously different from the original.
And so, I need your advice if what should I need to do. DO I need to report this to the police or can I return this and take my cash back from the store?
