Viewsonic – LCD TV Repair….pls help.

I have a 32" ViewSonic televeision. When I tried to turned it on, out of nowhere, the picture did not came up, green light pop's up. But then after 3 seconds it turns off. Anyone know what the problem is, or know of a solution, or I should rely on a TV repair place..is there a viewsonic tv repair in Doha? Appreciate all your help.
