Unlock/jailbreak iPhone 3G with O.S 3.1.2 ?????

Hi, I accidentally happened to update my iPhone 3G from O.S Version 3.0.1 to 3.1.2 through iTunes and now my iPhone is only showing emergency call option and I neither am able to jailbreak nor unlock it.
I guess the iTunes also have updated the baseband of the phone.

Can some one please let me know if this can be unlocked & jail broken.

Hi Buddy ther is nothing to worri therre are lots of shop in doha, its near arab round about,

just ask anyone mobile souq they will take you there, and you have anouhg shops to jail break , wil cost you 150 for this, if you wish to do yourself, you can but need to have a bit knowledge in pc as well in such jailbreak software, more ot that you wanna download the software from sites availiable on net, thanks
