try Alpha communications shop in AlSadd area behind KFC... they are, as far as I know, the official CB radios and different walkie talkies seller... they'll even tell u about the permit or license u need to get for it. But I have to say, since that's the only shop, and all the qataris go to it, its a bit expensive... if you order em online, it can be a bit cheaper...
Make sure you get an ICT permit before you buy them else you could wind up in jail!
They have Walkie Talkies at Carrefour and in electronic shops, but I haven't seen any Talkie Walkies!
