SONY Camera not giving good result

Dear Friends,
My CyberShot DSC-H70 Not working properly
when i make video from this it becomes good.
when i try to make a Still it shows good in starting but after capturing it shows very white screen.
please help me if you now about this.
i already changed settings but same result.

Does it do it in every picture mode? It sounds like it could be overexposing the picture, which could be caused by having the shutter speed too long, or aperture too wide.

Show it to the Sony Service Centre at Salwa Road. The will fix the problem.

Sony is always best in terms of quality...Its fair unlucky enough that i her from you complain...
