Samsung SCX4300 printer is working and scanner not sensing

Hi can anyone give me tips abt , why my samsung printer cum scanner , scaner and copier is nto working.

Cud u please tell me what i need to do without going to samsung service center, because they loot more than original price.

i dont know why qatar not taking any action on these people who is loooting more like this
