Projector Lamp Replacement

Hi my Toshiba Projector lamp has done its 2000 hours and requires a replacement. I had purchased this from Jarir. I had visited their service center and they promised to give me a call however they have not done to date. Does anyone know of any other service center to replace the Tosh's projector lamp?
