Problem with SunDirect DTH
I installed SUNDIRECT DTH two days ago, but I am able to watch only the Free Channels. For all other channels it is showing the message ‘E 16 Service is Currently Scrambled’ I have taken the basic package + additional packages and it is already activated. Can anybody tell me what is Error 16 for Sundirect or someone can help me to solve this problem......?

But DO NOT tell customer service that you are outside INDIA, if they ask, give your India address, because otherwise they'll Deactivate your account.
Try these:
1. Remove your smartcard and insert it again.
2. Check online if those packages have been added to your account.
3. If nothing works, call up their customer services and tell them to check your subscription.
