need informn on video camera - NTSC or PAL

Anyone help me plz... I am trying to get a new handicam (HDD) from usa since its half the price in usa. its recording format is mpeg2. NTSC supported.

my qn is can i buy this cam and do editing in software to export to PAL.?
give yr suggestions

Dude,

There is no problem in switching in to PAL from NTSC, it will support all the functions, but don't forget to get the support CD with the package, u have to install in your Laptop first then you can use it for ever for any conversion.

YES! It means that the CAM supports NTSC standard. u can switch between PAL/NTSC...
