Looking for a good GPS Navigator

Hi, I am looking for a good and reliable GPS navigator for Car. Anybody can suggest a good one with latest maps? I have a >5-year old Nokia 500 Navigator, but the maps are old, many main roads / streets are not there. I know it is possible to update the maps on my device. Nokia does not support this device anymore. Does anyone know where this updating of latest road maps can be done for car navigator in Doha? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Garmin is the best.. you buy the device and then buy the app to download...
