Is it safe to purchase electronics online? if yes, which online stores are reliable?

There have been some posts of Online Stores Shipping companies that offer good prices on electronics, most companies are based in U.K and they offer free delivery of ordered items. Is it safe to purchase from these stores? What are those online store companies that are trusted and reliable? Thank You in advance

According to my experience, it's not a good idea to buy electronic stuff online, even in UK or USA. When I was in UK, I bought a desktop on eBay, and the seller has over 10k points and 98% positive feedback. However, when I got a problem with the PC, it really took a long time to refund and it also cost you some money for the postage. So, buy those stuff from where you are.
