Htc One 3g problems on Ooredoo

I purchased HTC One and installed my Ooredoo SIM. The 3G was very bad while wireless working perfect.
I called ooredoo and they looked confused. It's not the mobile cause I tried Vodafone and worked OK.
Does anyone has OOREDOO APN settings for HTC and if there r any advice plz
