how to update iphone software ?

i want to update my iphone from version 1.1.3 to latest and add new icons. kindly provide me with the links to do so.
Also request for free downloads.

It sounds like your phone is jailbroken if you want to customize icons etc.

Your best bet would be to take it to a mobile phone shop that does unlocking and ask them to update your phones software version. If you do it on your own (with iTunes) you will lock your phone again and will not be able to use it.
