How to inquire your balance (prepaid) in Imate Ultimate 9502?

When I tried inquiring my Qtel hala balance using my Imate (*129#send) it didn't work. Anyone who knows the reason why? or should there be any other way of doing it in Imate? anyone who knows, please help. Many thanks.
