How to Convert Youtube veidos to Iphone 3G

Recently i had purchase an Apple Iphone 3G .
I am so exicited to download veidos into the phones.
Would you please do let me know how can i convert vedios of youtube to Iphone . I had used an application stated as DVDVEDIOSOFT.COM but seems its dosent work work .

no need of... laptop/transfer/convert.. i mean.

the fastest wasy is to download this application called Mxtube in Cydia(if u dont have cydia then jailbreak your phone)
Mxtube is an application exactly like youtube with download option. so need to convert,transfer,or even use a pc or laptop. just do it from the iphone itself.
