hala sim card (insert sim)

salam

i had just arrived from my vacation & Im using q-tel hala sim.when i came from vacation & i swich on my mobile i found out that my mobile screen apear "INSERT SIM".i have some important contact numbers on that sim thats y im eager to know on how to fix this one.

How can i fix this kind of problem?

Do i need to buy new q-tel hala card sim?

Switch off the mobile, remove the sim for a while. Once you insert the sim switch on the mobile maybe it will start working because it has worked with me. Good luck!

You should contact QTEL. Either the sim is corrupt or there is no service to that sim (expired).
