Can you help me fix this problem with my Humax set-top?

Hi everyone,

I have a Humax set-top box. It was working fine until a few days ago when I started getting an error message (no signal) using some channels. These are: Fox series, Fox movies and various other channels. But I receive the MBC channels. One of my friends said I am connected to the wrong satellite. I don't read Arabic, so if anyone can help me fix this in a couple of steps, I'd appreciate it. I'm having trouble contacting the company.

Someone said you need to turn the disc that is at the top of the building. I don't have that chance to do it because my building is closed the door to go there.

Happen to me as well. What I do is Switch off for 2 mins ans on again. If you don't pay electricity leave on with mute mode.
