Caller ID

Hi there, I have recently subscribed to Qtel's additional service for caller ID on my home landline, however it still does not show the telephone number of the caller.

Model of landline phone is Panasonic KX-TGA110CX and it is a DECT phone. I have lost the manual and couldn't find this phone again in the shops, although only purchased 6 months ago from Lulu.

I have double-checked with Qtel and they have confirmed that the service has been added and activated.

Does anyone have the same phone working with Caller ID, or knows if this phone supports caller ID and if it does is there some setting on the phone I need to enable?

(My planned next step is to borrow a friend's phone that is working with caller ID and try it on my landline, incase it is my phone that does not support this feature, if this other phone does not work then it is Qtel!)
