Buying E71 nd its working outside Qatar

I have heard of this locking and unloacking of Mobile phones but don't know what does that mean.Anyways my question is that I'm thinking to buy Nokia E71 will it work outside Qatar like in my hometown????.I don't know why I'm asking but still curious to know and also N 96???

I have E71 & it works any where on earth provided you have a service provider hahahahaha

E71 is a good phone & has no problems...at all

for E71 defenitily it will works i had tried it , so don't worry at all from E71 , also its a very good mobile with amazing options

for N96 i dunno

nokia phones don't have this problem...u can buy it from here nd take it to abroad
