BB handheld = 2000 - 2500 QR
subscription = 200-300 QR for personal ( not enterprise )
you can call Qtel on 111 and ask them,
i think u should pay 150 for subscription and after 125 per month, to use email option only, and u will be charge of internet extra depending on ur use per mega.
For email u can open up to 10 mail but not the one free like yahoo or hotmail etc,,,
I'm not an expert but I've always been of the understanding that the Blackberry is somewhat overrated. If you genuinely think you'll need such a device then maybe go and visit a store which sells it, but if you really only need a phone then just get another high-end cell phone for less money.
