Try Keyshot rendeing or Hyper short . Its free On Torrent. OR if u looking for a best paid Version then i would suggest V-ray .

I did find a free Autodesk program for MAC:

I needed something because I have a 3D printer on order for home tinkering.

Have a look at Scankiller too.

Bothe Autodesk 123 and Scankiller are based on your own cameras and open platform technical solutions which you will learn that they are no longer suitable for actual manufacturing ground.

What your idea ? Or any interesting project ?

There is no luck in middle east for these stuff. I contacted a company called Geotech last week and stopped my idea due to their quote for my hobby project .
