Is there any universities here in qatar that i can get a scholarship or free course?

hi guys!

i just wondering if there any association or schools here in qatar offering free class or seminars?

like free training for safety or anything i can learn :D

i cant afford to go to schools because my salary is only like minimum transpo allowance for others :D

but im willing to learn in my free hours
