Admissions for class 3 in indian schools

Hi,my daughter is currently in class 2 in Dps kuwait.we are planing to move to qatar before april end.I am currently in a state of shock reading news on how difficult the admission process is at the moment.can any parent pls tell me how difficult is admission to class 3?with new indian shools opening has it become any easier?if admissions are closed ,can i approach the supreme.education council?my first.preference is Dps doha,however pls also suggest some good indian school options.

i suggest since she already studied in dps kuwait..get the transfer certificate and try in dps wakrah
