An evening to unwind at Hydro Restaurant

We visited Hydro Restaurant at Fraser Suites on a balmy summer evening, after a rather long day at work, and had the pleasure of experiencing a delicious assortment of continental food with all the dreamlike ambience of the city night from its rooftop locale at an outdoor poolside.

Hydro restaurant has a lounge-like vibe, arranged for relaxation, with open-air seating, and exceptional shisha by the pool. The atmosphere is perfect for trying the wide range of shisha flavours, with tranquil music to enhance the mood.

Along with a mouthwatering array of burgers to choose from, there is a scrumptious option of fresh Arabic mezze. We especially enjoyed the club sandwiches that were on offer, made with garden-fresh healthy ingredients, as well as the colourful selection of fresh juices offered on their menu.

We were lucky to have the weather on our side on this particular evening, and had the joy of experiencing a summer breeze with our excellent food. Along with hospitable service and soul stirring music, a beautiful view of the Doha skyline was the cherry on top of a satisfying evening. On the whole, our dinner at Hydro restaurant was a transporting experience, and reasonably priced to boot.
