XL REFRESHING FILES

Hi,
I have 3 refreshable files with stock and sales data. Two of them are working properly but I am unable to refresh the third file. I thought there is something wrong with the file and tried it on the PC of my colleague and found the file is working (refreshing). Is there anyone who can tell me what is the problem in my PC and why the file is not refreshing on my pc?

1GB Ram

120GB Hard Disk

Windows XP Professional (SP3)with Office 2007
