Wireless Internet (Public locations)

I have just finished moving to a new apartment and haven't gotten the Internet yet.

For Public Wi-Fi services, I am only aware of Costa coffee shops that have WI-FI and I must say the signal is HORRIBLE. It connects and disconnects repeatedly.

Does anyone know of any good public WI-FI locations with strong connections that are strong enough and fast enough to do some music downloading? I am not looking for free locations. I will gladly pay. Thank you.

Al-Mandarin at Salwa (front of Ramez) is one the best place to stop. Just grab something to eat (foods are at reasonable prices) or just a coffee will do then use their wi-fi as long as you want-they're open 24 hrs :)

Currently in qatar there are no places that provide a good Wi-Fi Signal, all of them are crap.

You can try the one in Sheraton park, al bidda park or La Cigale hotel by using a Hotspot card from Qtel, Price: 70QR all day long.

GoodLuck

wireless

souq waqif has free wireless . There are also internet cafe's all around town where you pay by the hour for service. They are also located in any of the malls.
