Why Q-Tel is having such worst customer care?
Our office in C-Ring road, last 3 days we are facing problem in ADSL connection, we made a complaint to Q-Tel(8008000). Q-Tel person visited our place, changed some cable and confirmed Q-Tel, it is working. But, by the same time we discussing about the same problem which is not been solved even after changing the cable. Then he called up Q-tel again and re-opens the complaint.
After some time one more technician came and checked some connection outside our office and confirmed Q-Tel, it is working fine (without checking with us whether the problem has been solved).
But still the problem continues. When we called up 8008000 and enquired about the problem they said the problem is solved.
When we asked about, “who confirmed about the problem is solved? “, they replied “technician has informed them to close the issue”, whereas I told them without getting confirmation from the customer (who complaints about the problem), whether problem is solved, how you are closing the issue, they are asking us to contact my account manager.
Well I cant say anything about Qtel except its greatness: ........................in Bad customer service!!!We just have no other choice!
well. im not surprised at all... just live with it and get used it... there's more problem coming up... :)
