where should i go to fixed the error of pin code in my Samsung i8510 16GB mobile?

I have Samsung i8510 16GB & 8 megapixel mobile but its not working because of pin code error. So how can i erase this error or may be it needs a code so where i go to knw the pin code? plz some one help me...
