depends on the router..if its the a,b,g or the n series,,, currently n covers the widest range...
sure u can decode it... depends on the tools and programs campatibility ...
but u shudn't attempt to because u dont even know the basics about routers... so its not even worth it for u...

there is a way to decode pasword-protected routers but it's not a good idea. no matter how you look at it, it's still stealing. go get your own internet connection. it's free for 2months.
