Hai Friends...........I am a student goin to do Master in Accouting(CPA)in Sydney. Right now I am in Doha with my parents. so I want to buy a latest advanced laptop. the purpose is for studies, gaming, chatting, movies, songs and for making calls with dear ones when i am aboard. cud u give informations about the latest config with advanced one.i want 4GB ram, with gud proccessor (latest) and the rest. i heard heating problems in sony vaio. in apple, can we use windows. if i use windows in apple, can i install all the softwares and applications which we use in pc's. also want to know abt toshiba and the rest.......

I would recommend anything in the HP DV series or even better the DELL Latitude series, but I think they stopped shipping this series and are giving away the crappy Inspirion now...
DO NOT buy HP Compaq for this sorta high end use, it will most probably crash!
I am just giving you guidelines, but I cant make a recommendation for you, buy a lap with 4GB RAM, Core 2 Duo or higher processor, 256 dedicated or higher VGA ( this will help your gaming experience)
You want a Dedicated Graphics Card with as much RAM and Video RAM you can afford. ATi Mobility Radeon 9700, ATI's Mobility FireGL V3200 or NVIDIA GeForce Go 7800 GTX. ATi Mobility Radeon 9700 are the names to look for!
All HP DV series comes with some NVIDIA cards.
the ideal laptop would be Alienware, try googling it, u might get an idea!
