U torrent download

Hi friends,I face a problem while downloading a movie collection(around 4.5 GB)from ISOHUNT using utorrent.It was quite nice at start,but now(45% done)it shows"LISTEN ERROR-YOU SHOULD CHANGE THE LISTEN PORT)on the pane where is showing download speed.I am confused a bit and dont know what is LISTEN or how to change the port.Does any body face the same problem?I think some great brains in QL can help me out,thanks,have a good day.
