Is there possible to get a job for dot net programmer in Qatar?

I am a computer programmer, my native place is Sri Lanka, i have planed to come to Qatar with a visiting visa for search a job, i have more than 4 years experience with following languages

C#.NET, VB.NET, VB6, SQL SERVER 2008, 2005, 2000 and Crystal Report XI, 9, 8.5, Third-party controls ( NetAdvantage for .NET)

some knowledge in ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, XML

i have 2 years gulf experience

is there possible to get the job in Qatar with above position?
