Unfortunately, there is no such option yet anywhere in the world.
No one produces laptop skeletons, so we can build the parts our selves.
On the other hand, if you want to design your own, the only company I know off, that has great PRO line of gamers Laptops, and would build you one with your specs, which you won’t need since they already make the best laptops ever… Alienware. Check them out at www.alienware.com
